1.1. Unused Funds: Advertisers may request a refund for funds that have been deposited into their Advertising Balance but have not yet been spent on video views, clicks, or other tasks.
1.2. Service Malfunction: A refund may be requested if a paid service was not delivered due to a technical error on the Platform's side.
1.3. Earned Rewards: Please note that "Earned Balance" (funds gathered by Users for watching videos) is not subject to a refund, only to a standard Withdrawal as per our Terms of Service.
2.1. Once a refund request is submitted and approved by our financial department, the funds will be sent back to the original payment source.
2.2. The standard processing time for any refund is within 7 business days from the moment the request is officially registered via our support system.
3.1. Funds that have already been distributed to Users as rewards for completed tasks or video views cannot be recovered or refunded.
3.2. Deposits made via certain non-reversible payment methods (like specific Cryptocurrencies) may be subject to manual verification and can only be refunded to a compatible digital wallet, minus network fees.
3.3. Accounts blocked due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraud, bot usage, multi-accounting) forfeit their right to any refund.
4.1. To initiate a refund, you must contact our Support Team through the Ticket System in your dashboard or via email at [email protected].
4.2. Your request must include: your Username, the Transaction ID, the amount to be refunded, and a valid reason for the request.
5.1. Any transaction fees charged by payment processors or blockchain networks during the refund process are the responsibility of the User and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
